The old testament law was a shadow of good things to come. If they could have saved why did they sacrifice year after year. Only Christ fulfilled the law completely. It is not possible that the blood of bulls and goats can take away your sin. Jesus did not come to offer another sacrifice. He offered the ultimate sacrifice of Himself. Father God has no pleasure in animal sacrifices.
