Jesus Christ came to establish the New Covenant fulfilling the old covenant. With His sacrifice He abolished the works of the law, the blood sacrifices and all Jewish law which is under the curse of the jews when the chief rabbi said let His blood be on our heads from generation to generation. So the curse continues to this day.
Why would anyone want to stay under the curse of the law? Before faith came we were kept under the law. Faith in Christ freed us from the curse of the law which no man can keep. The letter killeth but the spirit of the new covenant of Christ giveth life. Christ did away with the old covenant bringing the new covenant atoning for the sin of mankind for those living for Him.
Jesus is the head of all authority and man is complete in Him who is the highest power. Scofield futurist believe man can’t be complete without living under the curse of pagan Israel as they continue to genecide Palestinian Christians. No man is justified by Jewish law. Christ has redeemed us from the curse of Jewish law through faith in Christ.
The Jewish law was our schoolmaster to bring us to faith in Christ Jesus. The old covenant was nailed to the cross of Christ ending all vestiges of the old covenant.
